Now in their second year...
The Pocket Guide (French Fold) is available for the 2025 Election Season. This double foldover handout provides a clear, at-a-glance overview of all 2025 Ballot Issue Measures, including what a “Yes” or “No” vote means. Compact and easy to distribute, it continues to be one of our most effective voter education tools.

The Election Resources and Where the League Stands (WTLS) postcards can be included inside the Pocket Guide for a complete voter information packet, or used separately as handouts at presentations, community events, libraries, and other public venues.

We’ve also created a Rack card, designed specifically for display racks and high-traffic distribution points. It's another convenient way to reach voters where they are.

2025 Ballot Issues Guide

This guide is the result of research and analysis by the League of Women Voters of Colorado's Legislative Action Committee and Voter Services. Our goal is to provide clear, nonpartisan, plain-language information so you can understand each measure before casting your vote.

For every statewide ballot issue, you’ll find:
- A summary of the measure
- Background and context
- Key considerations for voters
- What a “Yes” or “No” vote means

For over 105 years, the League of Women Voters has empowered voters and defended democracy. We’re honored that you are here and hope this guide helps you feel informed, confident, and ready to participate in Colorado’s 2025 election.

HOW TO USE:
This design was so exciting due its ability to include either, or both, of the supplemental postcards:

1. Election Resources or
2. Where the League Stands

These can be used during presentations as your audience can check off the 'Yes' or 'No' options, or they can be left at libraries, community centers, places of worship, or any other facility where it's allowed.

HOW TO USE:
The rack card can be left at libraries, community centers, or other facilities, as well as for tabling or handing out during presentation.

1. The cover of the rack card has been designed as a show piece – it's meant to attract the eye for further engagement. For those who do not know the League of Women Voters of Colorado, it will hopefully spark curiosity.

2. The back of the rack card gives an overview of all the measures, as well as the link and QR Code to direct your community towards our website with the details for each.

It also includes the Ramsey's generous support of providing our Ballot Issue materials during this season.

HOW TO USE:
This can distributed separately or as part of a larger package that includes the Ballot Issues French fold and the Election Resources postcard.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. The information included is only whether we support, oppose, or have no stance on a particular measure.
2. They will have to go to the website to get more detailed information about each stance.
3. Each Ballot Measure page will have a downloadable pdf with details, including the rationale behind the League's stance.
